Tom has been involved with GNN since its inception when he attended the first pre-production meeting at the television studios in Fairfax, Virginia. Helping in any way to get the show off the ground and on the air, he served as the point person for the program's world wide web page, researching the layout and design for its construction and finding a service provider to host our site. More recently, Tom served in a critical support position as a general production assistant before moving to camera for studio shoots. Tom's latest achievement is his promotion to a position on the Leadership Committee as an overseer of the volunteer organization's internal publication - the GNN NEWSREEL.

Tom is a Managing Editor with the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) where he writes and edits monthly and weekly newsletters for both TV and radio station members. Prior to NAB, Tom was involved in business development with the State of Maine while also working part-time as a free-lance writer and radio DJ. Tom received his BA in Political Science from the University of Maine.

Tom moved to the Washington DC from Maine several years ago, and has found that his dry New England humor has served him well in adjusting to the big city.He now spends his spare time looking for decent skiing conditions and fresh lobster on the streets of the nation's capital….
